Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory

Residents of Muenster will be required to boil their water for a minimum of one minute prior to consuming it.  Construction on the North East corner of town requires us to temporarily shut down the water supply to our waterlines.  The actual shut down should not take very long, however when lines experience a loss of pressure we must issue a precautionary Drinking Water Advisory.  Residence should have found an orange poster on their doors last night advising them of the advisory.  The Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory will be lifted after water tests verify the water is safe to consume.  Testing must be done for a minimum of 48 hours following the loss pressure.  Notice when the advisory will be lifted will be posted here on the website and around the Village.  If you require any additional information please call the Village Office at 306-682-2794 during office hours Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30 am – 3:30 pm.   Please see attached posting for details on procedures.   2019-05-15 Muenster PDWA Poster
