Part-Time Administrative Assistant Position

cropped-2Capture.png  The Village of Muenster invites applications for a Part-Time/Casual Administrative Assistant.

Regular work days will be two days /week plus approximately 10 days throughout the year to cover for the Administrator’s days away from the office.

Duties include customer service, utility billing, typing, filing, accounts receivables and other various duties as assigned by the Administrator.

Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently/sound work ethics
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to deal effectively with the general public
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment
  • Computer proficiency (including word processing, spreadsheet, and website/Facebook)
  • Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Standard Certificate in Local Government, or be willing to obtain their certificate through the University of Regina Extension Program.
