SaskPower contractors will be inspecting and performing maintenance on wood power poles in the Muenster area starting Early June to the end of July 2023, and will be returning to replace defective guy guards Late July to early October, 2023.
The contractor is Central Pole Inspections and Maintenance Inc. In certain cases, workers may need access to private property. Contractors will wear high-visibity clothing, carry identification with them, and their vehicles will be marked with their company logo. No power outages are necessary for this work.
Access is a not for profit, 100% Saskatchewan-owned co-operative committed to giving back to the over 235 communities served.

Do you have clumps and gravel on your lawn from winter grading? Our one man crew will try to do the best he can to alleviate your issues. The Village Public Works wishes to thank all those residents who have already helped out with raking and landscaping. Feel free to email us at muenster@sasktel.net to notify us if there are problem areas you would like to have cleaned up. We will do our best to get to them in a timely manner.
Power/Water
Muenster has experience a power outage. Our Water Treatment Plant backup generator did not initially engage but is now working. The Water Security Agency has been contacted. Muenster Public Works Department will be out flushing hydrants to clear the system. If you notice any air locks in your water lines, allow your lines to run for a few moments. NO PRECAUTIONARY DRINKING WATER ADVISORY was issued by the Water Security Agency. At 5:15 pm the power has been re-established in Muenster.
