Formal Complaints
Has something got you bugged? The Village accepts all types of feedback. We operate under guidance of our policies and bylaws. If you have an issue which is upsetting or does not seem right to you, feel free to come in and discuss the matter with office staff or fill out a complaint form. Forms are accessible at the Village office or can be requested via email at muenster@sasktel.net. Completed forms can be handed in at the office or dropped down our after hours chute. Having a clear and formal record of concerns is the first step in allowing us to formally approach issues regarding disagreements or items to be addressed within the Village.
