You may happen to notice some drilling going on adjacent to the rail line today. The Village is have an Environmental Phase 2 Assessment done on the land. The assessment will assist council in hopes that future subdivision of Downtown Commercial lots may be developed for resale. Future plans are pending assessment results and Community Planning reviews. Upon completion of the drilling there will be 3 water test sites remaining that you may notice hardware for. These water test holes will enable groundwater analysis. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to pop into the Village Office.
