On Jan 9, the Government of Saskatchewan announced that applications are now being accepted for the Saskatchewan Secondary Suite Incentive Grant.
Administered by the Ministry of Finance, the SSI grant provides up to 35% of the toptal price to construct a new secondary suite at an owners primary residence, to a maximum grant of $35,000.00 per qualifying property.
