Halloween 2021 Muenster.Halloween Guidelines for the Village of Muenster – The Saskatchewan Government has not addressed any specific guidelines for the 2021 Halloween season as if Oct 13, 2021.
At this time Village Council has chosen not to impose any policy relating to Covid and Halloween 2021. Council will not be setting a date for the regular practice of Trick or Treating – this is up to individuals and the Council has no authority over such practice.
Village of Muenster encourages you to trick-or-treat safely this year by following the Province’s Public Health Orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. (see below link)
It is possible that not everyone will be handing out treats this year either due to the pandemic or for other personal reasons, so please be considerate and respectful of their choices or beliefs.
